Where We Focus

We work at the intersection of AI capability and real-world practice, keeping the focus on what actually helps people and organizations.

Translating AI Into Real Work

We help bridge the gap between AI ideas and daily practice, turning tools, policies, and concepts into things that practitioners and organizations can actually use.

AI Tools for Real Workflows

We design AI tools that support real day-to-day work, such as answering policy questions, summarizing information, or guiding decisions, without replacing professional judgment.

AI Guidance for Decision Makers

We support leaders and organizations as they make thoughtful decisions about where AI fits, where it does not, and how to move forward responsibly.

AI Training That Makes Sense

We provide practical AI training that fits different roles and responsibilities, focused on real use cases rather than generic tech demos.

How We Help You Move Forward With AI

Practical ways we support organizations as they explore, test, and apply AI in real work settings.

Build: AI Tools and Assistants

We create practical, workflow–ready AI tools that help staff work smarter, make decisions more confidently, and get reliable answers when they need them.

  • AI assistants that handle routine questions, guide staff through complex workflows, or help them navigate policies and procedures.
  • AI systems that analyze information, summarize long documents, surface relevant insights, or support decision making.
  • AI powered interfaces, from chat to voice, that reduce friction in day to day tasks and free staff to focus on people rather than process.
  • Custom tools built around your actual workflows, such as documentation helpers, training assistants, resource navigation tools, or policy interpreters.

Guide: Strategy and Pilots

  • AI readiness and opportunity assessments that map out low risk, high value starting points.
  • Pilot design and support for one or two concrete workflows, with a clear scope and feedback plan.
  • Ongoing consultation to help you evaluate tools, vendors, and next steps without losing sight of your mission.

Train: AI Learning and Workshops

  • AI trainings for organizations that focus on safety, ethics, and real practice, not just hype.
  • Hands on AI labs for social workers, school staff, and nonprofit teams with role specific examples.
  • Leadership briefings to help directors, managers, and boards understand where AI fits and where it does not.

We keep things practical and realistic. You do not need a huge tech team to start. Most projects begin with one focused use case, a handful of staff, and a simple plan to test, learn, and improve.

Ernesto Bejarano, MSW

Founder & CEO

With over 30 years of experience in social services, Ernesto brings a deep understanding of real frontline work – from child welfare and case management to court reporting, school–based services, mandated reporting, and crisis intervention. A pioneer in the Social Work AI space, he's been actively developing AI tools since 2022 to bridge the critical gap between AI capability and daily practice, recognizing that most tech conversations miss the specific reality of practitioners managing documentation, time pressure, and ethical responsibility.

As both a practitioner and former school board member, Ernesto understands the pressures from inside: confidentiality concerns, legal mandates, administrative burden, and the constant challenge of doing more with less. Unlike general tech companies, we design tools that respect these realities. Our solutions are built by social workers, for social workers – practical, ethical, and grounded in the actual work of helping professionals.

Frequently Asked Questions

What kinds of organizations do you work with?
We work with human services and social services focused systems… schools, nonprofits, government programs, prevention initiatives, etc. If your work centers people and systems, you are in our lane.
Do we need to be "tech savvy" or already have an AI strategy?
No. You bring your workflows, pain points, and guardrails. We translate that into practical AI tools, pilots, or workflows that fit the reality of your staff.
How do you handle privacy, confidentiality, and compliance?
We design around your policies first, not the technology. That means clear rules about what data can be used, no client-identifying details in the tools we build, and careful attention to things like FERPA, HIPAA–adjacent concerns, and local agency standards.
We are curious about AI but nervous about big promises. Can we start small?
Yes. Most of our work starts with a focused pilot…one use case, one program, or one team. The goal is to learn, adjust, and prove value in a low–risk way before expanding.
How is this different from just using general tools like ChatGPT or a big vendor's AI?
Generic tools are not built around your policies, staff roles, or community realities. With our extensive experience in human services, we focus on domain–specific guardrails, frontline workflows, and translation into real work instead of generic tech demos.
What do projects usually cost, and how flexible is the scope?
Budgets range from small starter pilots to multi–site implementations. We scope around your size, your timeline, and your goals, then help you decide whether you need a one–time build, an ongoing partnership, or something in between.
